Cosmid DNA Sequencing
The Cosmid DNA Sequencing service provides a complete cosmid sequencing project, managed by Shilo Dickens. The cosmid is provided by you, the customer, to the service and at completion of the project the entire assembled cosmid sequence is returned to you.
Cosmids can be submitted to the facility either as DNA or in a strain.

Cosmids and completed request forms can be dropped off in the basket provided in the Biochemistry reception (Sanger Building) or posted to the facility at the following address:

Cosmid sequencing requests from anywhere other than Biochemistry must be accompanied by a purchase order and a VAT exemption form where relevant.
