The parish registers

Transcripts have been provided of the Baptism, Marriage and Burial registers of Whichford, Warwickshire, for 1540 (when the registers start) to 1850. These transcriptions were made by Eric Beresford, David Franks and Barry Hedges.

The transcription of the marriage register has been checked, but users should be aware that there may be mistakes in the transcription, and should check the original registers themselves. The transcriptions of the baptism and burial registers have not been checked as thoroughly as the the transcription of the marriage register and probably contain errors. The transcriptions of the baptism and burial registers are being checked, and corrected versions will be posted on the site.
